Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All client information, project files, presentations, source codes, credentials, designs, business documents, and related materials shared with us are treated as strictly confidential.

Upon client request, we are willing to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or Confidentiality Agreement before the commencement of any project or business engagement.

All employees, contractors, freelancers, consultants, and associates working with MS Sketch Design Services are bound by legally enforceable confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations. These obligations remain valid even after termination of employment, contract, or business association.

Data Security

Data Retention

Project files, source codes, presentations, and related client information may be securely retained for a period of 6 to 12 months for backup, maintenance, support, future revisions, or recovery purposes unless otherwise requested by the client.

After the retention period, data may be archived, deleted, or permanently removed from our systems without further notice unless a separate maintenance or retention agreement exists.


Intellectual Property & Client Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all final approved deliverables provided to the client upon full payment shall remain the property of the client. Any preliminary concepts, drafts, reusable assets, frameworks, tools, or internal resources developed by MS Sketch Design Services may remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred in writing.

Project pricing is determined based on the scope of work, service type, complexity, customization requirements, features, timelines, and overall project deliverables.

For presentation and creative design services, pricing may be calculated on a per-slide, per-design, hourly, subscription, or project basis depending on the nature of the engagement. Web and mobile application development projects are generally priced based on project scope, functionality, development hours, technology stack, integrations, UI/UX requirements, and deployment needs.

All quotations and billing are prepared on an actuals basis to ensure fair, accurate, and transparent pricing aligned with the agreed project requirements.

Our pricing may include:

Project Estimates, Revisions & Quality Assurance

At MS Sketch Design Services, we provide professional Design Services, Web Development, and Mobile App Development solutions tailored to client requirements. Upon request, we can provide estimated project timelines, development hours, and pricing based on the initial project scope, technical requirements, and deliverables shared by the client.

All estimates provided are approximate and may be subject to revision prior to final project confirmation if there are changes in scope, functionality, integrations, design complexity, additional features, or other service requirements. Any modifications affecting cost or delivery timelines will be communicated to the client for approval before proceeding further.

The quoted pricing and delivery schedules apply only to the mutually agreed scope of work. Additional requests, feature enhancements, design changes, third-party integrations, content additions, or functionality updates requested during the project lifecycle may incur additional charges and revised timelines.

Acceptance of the quotation, proposal, or invoice by the client shall constitute agreement to the project scope, pricing, timelines, and associated service terms.

We are committed to delivering high-quality services within the agreed project timelines while maintaining professional standards, transparent communication, and efficient project execution.

Revisions & Iterations

Clients are entitled to two complimentary revision rounds upon delivery of the project. These revisions may include:

  • Minor design refinements
  • Content updates
  • UI/UX improvements
  • Layout adjustments
  • Minor functional corrections within the agreed scope

Any revisions, redesigns, feature requests, development changes, or iterations beyond the included revision rounds may be billed separately based on the agreed hourly rate, milestone structure, subscription model, or project pricing terms.

Quality Assurance Commitment

We are dedicated to delivering high-quality work backed by thorough quality checks and review processes. For design projects, we may initially provide a sample portion or concept design for client approval before proceeding with the complete project execution.

For web and mobile application development projects, we may provide prototype previews, staging environments, wireframes, or milestone-based demonstrations for review and approval during the development process.

If the initial sample, prototype, or milestone submission does not align with the agreed requirements, we will make reasonable revisions and improvements to achieve the expected outcome. In cases where the project does not proceed beyond the initial approved sample or prototype stage, billing will be handled based on the work completed and mutually agreed terms.

Additionally, any errors, omissions, bugs, or inconsistencies resulting directly from our implementation, misinterpretation of approved requirements, or delivery oversight will be corrected by our team at no additional cost within the agreed support or revision period.

Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy

For our Design Services, Web Development, and Mobile App Development subscription plans, clients may request cancellation within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the project work or service utilization has not yet commenced. Once the service has started, or after the initial 7-day cancellation window, the current subscription or project engagement becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable for the active billing period.

Clients may cancel future subscription renewals by providing a written notice at least 7 days before the start of the next subscription cycle. Subscription renewal charges become due immediately upon completion of the current subscription validity period unless cancellation has been formally requested within the required notice period.

If a cancellation request qualifies for a refund under this policy, the approved refund amount will be processed to the original payment method used by the client. Refund processing may take approximately 7–10 business working days from the date of approval of the cancellation request.

Pricing & Service Modifications

MS Sketch Design Services reserves the right to revise service pricing, subscription fees, package inclusions, or engagement terms from time to time for presentation design, web development, mobile app development, and related digital services.

Any pricing updates or service modifications will be communicated to clients in advance and will become effective from the beginning of the next billing or renewal cycle. Continued use of our services after such changes take effect will constitute acceptance of the revised pricing and updated terms.

Project Scope & Additional Services

All subscriptions and service packages are based on the agreed project scope, deliverables, and timelines. Any additional features, revisions, integrations, design changes, development enhancements, or support requests beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges and revised delivery timelines.

Clients will be informed and approval will be obtained before proceeding with any out-of-scope work or additional service requests.
